Job summary

IQVIA seeks a Portfolio Sales Specialist for Surgery Products to lead end-to-end selling across an assigned portfolio and advance adoption of adjunctive hemostat products. You will partner with healthcare decision-makers, clinical stakeholders, and field sales teams to deliver value-based solutions and drive territory growth.

In this role, you will develop account-specific upgrade strategies, communicate product value, and coordinate post-sale education and support to ensure customer adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven successful sales track record with demonstrated ability to grow accounts and convert opportunities.
• Ability to learn, communicate, and apply technical, clinical, scientific, and product information across a broad portfolio.
• Develop account plans, prioritize opportunities, and generate demand within territory.
• Strong business acumen with excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Collaborate effectively with field sales, clinical stakeholders, supply chain, and cross-functional teams.
• Work independently with sound judgment and execute selling process in a compliant, professional manner.
• Strong organization, time management, and territory management skills across a broad portfolio.
• Ability to travel as necessary.
• Valid driver’s license meets supplier driving standards.

Responsibilities

• Expand sales within the designated surgery product portfolio while complying with laws and policies.
• End-to-end selling across portfolio, driving upgrades and expanding adoption.
• Develop account-specific portfolio upgrade strategies aligning needs and contracting opportunities.
• Build knowledge of adjunctive portfolio, market dynamics, and care settings.
• Establish relationships with healthcare decision-makers, clinical stakeholders, and field teams.
• Deliver compliant, persuasive product presentations and reviews showing value.
• Provide post-sale support including in-services and education to ensure adoption.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support sales execution and feedback.
