Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven successful sales track record with ability to grow accounts and convert opportunities.
• Ability to learn, communicate, and apply clinical, scientific, and product information.
• Develop account plans, prioritize opportunities, and generate demand in assigned geography.
• Strong business acumen including writing, speaking, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling.
• Collaborate effectively with field sales, clinical stakeholders, supply chain, and cross-functional teams.
• Work independently with sound judgment and execute selling processes ethically and persuasively.
• Excellent organization and time management; manage multiple priorities; travel as needed; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Expand sales within the designated surgery product portfolio while complying with laws and policies.
• Perform end-to-end selling, drive upgrades, and develop new account opportunities.
• Develop and execute portfolio upgrade strategies aligned to clinical priorities and contracting.
• Build in-depth knowledge of the adjunctive hemostat portfolio and market dynamics.
• Establish strong relationships with healthcare decision-makers, clinical stakeholders, and field teams.
• Deliver compliant, professional product presentations and portfolio recommendations demonstrating value.
• Provide post-sale support including in-services, education, and implementation coordination.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support sales execution and communicate market feedback.
