Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a motivated Portfolio Sales Specialist to support growth across a designated portfolio of surgery products. You will partner with healthcare decision-makers, clinical stakeholders, and field sales teams to expand product adoption and deliver value-based solutions that improve patient care.

In this end-to-end sales role, you will develop account plans, identify upgrade opportunities, and communicate clinical, operational, and financial value to customers while staying compliant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Proven successful sales track record with demonstrated ability to grow accounts.
• Ability to learn, communicate, and apply technical and product information across a broad portfolio.
• Ability to develop account plans and generate demand in assigned geography.
• Strong business acumen and communication, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to collaborate with field sales, clinical stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to travel as necessary.
• Valid driver’s license meeting supplier standards.

Responsibilities

• Expand sales within the designated surgery product portfolio in a compliant manner.
• Perform end-to-end selling across the portfolio, including driving upgrades and expanding adoption.
• Develop and execute account-specific portfolio upgrade strategies tied to territory growth.
• Build knowledge of the adjunctive hemostat portfolio, market dynamics, and care settings.
• Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare decision-makers, clinical stakeholders, and supply chain partners.
• Deliver compliant, professional product presentations and portfolio recommendations.
• Provide post-sale support, in-services, and education to ensure customer adoption.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align portfolio initiatives with regional priorities.
