Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven successful sales track record with demonstrated ability to grow accounts.
• Ability to learn, communicate, and apply technical, clinical, scientific, and product information.
• Ability to develop account plans, prioritize opportunities, and generate demand in geography.
• Strong business acumen, including written and verbal communication and negotiation.
• Ability to collaborate with field sales, clinical stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment and ethical selling.
• Strong organization and territory management with multiple priorities.
• Ability to travel as necessary.
• Valid driver’s license meets supplier standards.

Responsibilities

• Expand sales within the designated surgery portfolio while complying with laws and policies.
• Perform end-to-end selling, driving upgrades and expanding adoption in accounts.
• Develop account-specific portfolio upgrade strategies aligned with needs and contracts.
• Build knowledge of the portfolio, competitors, and market dynamics in the territory.
• Establish relationships with healthcare decision-makers, clinicians, and supply chain partners.
• Deliver compliant, professional product presentations and portfolio recommendations.
• Provide post-sale support, education, and implementation coordination.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align portfolio initiatives with priorities.
