Job summary

Stryker is seeking an OnSite OR Support Specialist to provide in-room and field-based equipment support across OR, SPD and hospital systems in the United States. You will ensure optimal performance of Stryker and third-party devices, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with surgeons and staff to maintain procedures smoothly.

The role requires OR experience, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Operating Room experience and knowledge of anatomy, procedures and techniques is preferred.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office; excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to quickly troubleshoot issues in high-stress situations.

Responsibilities

• Set up Stryker equipment per surgeon preference and verify functionality prior to procedures.
• Provide in-room OR support and troubleshooting for MIS and related equipment.
• Manage post-procedure breakdown, restocking and inventory of Stryker equipment.
• Educate OR and SPD staff on proper use and troubleshooting of Stryker products.
