Job summary

Stryker is seeking an OnSite Specialist to provide in-room support for MIS procedures and related equipment. You will bridge clinical teams, SPD, and Stryker service lines to maintain smooth OR operations at assigned accounts.

The role requires OR technical support experience, strong troubleshooting, and flexibility to cover shifts, including overnight or weekends and travel up to 10%. High School diploma required; CRCST certification within 6 months preferred for Sterile Processing personnel.

Qualifications

• Experience in OR technical support or surgical services.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving under high-stress conditions.
• Ability to provide coverage across shifts and travel as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data recording.

Responsibilities

• Set up Stryker towers, booms, lights, and integrated systems per surgeon preference.
• Confirm equipment functionality and image routing prior to each procedure.
• Adjust camera, monitor, and device settings intraoperatively.
• Provide immediate troubleshooting of endoscopy and integration systems.
• Manage post-procedure breakdown and staging of all Stryker equipment.
• Clean/disinfect towers and components, restock consumables, and perform basic maintenance.
• Educate OR and SPD staff on proper use and troubleshooting of Stryker products.
• Support video conferencing, DICOM transfers, and EMR connectivity where applicable.
