Job summary

Stryker seeks an OnSite/SPD liaison to support surgical procedures by managing and maintaining OR equipment. You will work with surgeons, OR staff, SPD, and biomedical teams to ensure instrument readiness and data reporting.

The role requires OR experience, strong communication, and the ability to troubleshoot in fast-paced settings, with on-call and travel as needed within the region.

Qualifications

• Operating Room experience and knowledge of anatomy, procedures and techniques.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and strong communication.
• Ability to troubleshoot in high-stress, demanding situations.
• Ability to provide coverage on other shifts and on-call as needed.
• Must be within 45 minutes driving distance if on-call per contract.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, assemble, and test surgical instrumentation and equipment.
• Manage equipment readiness for OR and SPD, and coordinate with hospital staff.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Stryker equipment and related devices.
• Record and report data metrics for all job functions monthly.
• Provide training and information on products to physicians and OR staff.
• Coordinate across SPD, OR, and hospital leadership for service delivery.
• Support/cover shifts at assigned accounts and other regions as needed.
