Job summary

Stryker is seeking an OnSite Specialist to provide in-room support for MIS procedures and related equipment. You will bridge clinical teams, SPD, and Stryker service lines to maintain high-quality OR operations.

Role requires OR technical support experience, MIS procedure familiarity, and ability to troubleshoot in high-stress settings. Shifts may rotate and require overnight travel; 10% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Operating Room experience and knowledge of anatomy, procedures and techniques preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office; strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues in demanding, high-stress situations.
• Ability to provide coverage across multiple shifts and on-call as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up Stryker towers, booms, lights, and integrated systems per surgeon preference.
• Confirm equipment functionality before each procedure.
• Adjust camera, monitor, and device settings intraoperatively.
• Provide immediate troubleshooting of endoscopy and integration systems.
• Manage post-procedure breakdown and staging of equipment.
• Clean, disinfect and restock consumables; basic maintenance.
• Educate OR and SPD staff on proper use and troubleshooting of Stryker products.
• Support video conferencing, DICOM transfers, and EMR connectivity.
