Stryker is seeking highly capable personnel to support surgical procedures through expert management of medical devices and equipment. You will work with surgeons, OR staff, and biomedical teams to ensure optimal device performance.

The role requires OR experience, strong communication, and reliable data reporting. Expect shifts varying by account, with potential on-call and travel within assigned regions.

Formación

• Operating Room experience and knowledge of anatomy are essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to troubleshoot in high-stress moments and adapt quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Provides clinical surgical support by managing all relevant equipment.
• Anticipates device needs of OR staff and surgeon during procedures.
• Troubleshoots and maintains Stryker equipment and related devices.
• Provides physicians and OR staff with information on new/current products.
• Records data metrics monthly for all job functions.
• Keeps account information updated to ensure high-level service and credentialing.
