Stryker is seeking an OnSite Specialist to provide in-room support for MIS procedures, ensuring optimal performance of Stryker and third-party equipment. This role links clinical teams, SPD, and service lines to keep OR operations smooth and high-quality.

The position requires OR experience, CRCST certification within 6 months, and willingness to cover multiple shifts including on-call and travel to other accounts as needed.

Qualifications

• Operating Room experience and knowledge of anatomy, procedures and techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot quickly in demanding, high-stress situations.
• Willingness to provide coverage across shifts, including on-call if required.
• CRCST certification within 6 months of hire and annual renewal.

Responsabilités

• Set up Stryker towers, booms, lights, and integrated systems per surgeon preference.
• Confirm equipment functionality and image routing prior to procedures.
• Adjust camera, monitor and device settings intraoperatively.
• Provide immediate troubleshooting of endoscopy/integration systems.
• Manage post-procedure breakdown and staging of Stryker equipment.
• Disinfect, restock consumables and perform basic maintenance.
• Educate OR and SPD staff on proper use and troubleshooting of Stryker products.
• Support video conferencing, DICOM transfers and EMR connectivity where applicable.
