Job summary

Stryker is seeking an OnSite Specialist to provide OR support for MIS procedures at customer sites in the United States. You will set up equipment, troubleshoot in high‑stress environments, and coordinate with surgeons, OR staff, SPD, and service lines to ensure optimal performance.

This role demands strong communication, hands‑on technical skill, and willingness to travel up to 10% as required. A high school diploma is required; Bachelor’s or equivalent certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in OR technical support or surgical services.
• Familiarity with MIS procedures (laparoscopy, arthroscopy, etc.).
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up Stryker towers, booms, lights, and integrated suite systems per surgeon preference.
• Confirm equipment functionality and image routing prior to each procedure.
• Adjust camera, monitor, and device settings intraoperatively.
• Provide immediate troubleshooting of endoscopy and integration systems.
• Manage post-procedure breakdown and staging of all Stryker equipment.
• Educate OR and SPD staff on proper use and troubleshooting of Stryker products.
