Stryker Corporation in Chicago is seeking an OnSite Specialist to provide in-room support for MIS and related procedures, ensuring optimal performance of Stryker and third-party equipment. This role bridges clinical teams, SPD, and Stryker service lines to maintain smooth, high-quality OR operations.

The position requires OR experience and familiarity with MIS procedures, plus strong communication. You will set up equipment, troubleshoot, and travel as needed within the region; rotating shifts

Formación

• Operating Room experience and knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures and techniques preferred.
• MIS familiarity and comfort with high-stress situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Set up Stryker towers, booms, lights, and integrated suite systems per surgeon preference.
• Confirm equipment functionality and image routing prior to each procedure.
• Adjust camera, monitor, and device settings intraoperatively.
• Provide immediate troubleshooting of endoscopy and integration systems.
• Manage post-procedure breakdown and staging of all Stryker equipment.
• Educate OR and SPD staff on proper use and troubleshooting of Stryker products.
• Support video conferencing, DICOM transfers, and EMR connectivity where applicable.
