Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an OnSite Specialist to provide in-room support for MIS procedures, ensuring optimal performance of Stryker and third-party equipment. This role connects clinical teams with SPD and service lines to keep OR operations smooth.

You will set up towers, confirm function, adjust settings, troubleshoot, and manage post-procedure breakdown. Travel within your region and occasional on-call coverage may be required; HIPAA compliance and data accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• Operating Room experience and knowledge of anatomy and procedures preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel up to 45 minutes from the account and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up Stryker towers, booms, lights, and integrated suite systems per surgeon preference.
• Confirm equipment functionality and image routing prior to each procedure.
• Adjust camera, monitor, and device settings intraoperatively.
• Provide immediate troubleshooting of endoscopy and integration systems.
• Manage post-procedure breakdown and staging of all Stryker equipment.
• Educate OR and SPD staff on proper use and troubleshooting.
