Job summary

The OnSite Specialist at Stryker provides in-room support for MIS and related procedures, ensuring optimal performance of Stryker and third-party equipment. This role bridges clinical teams, SPD, and Stryker service lines to maintain smooth OR operations.

Responsibilities include setting up towers and booms, confirming functionality, troubleshooting intraoperative issues, post-procedure breakdown, and educating staff on proper use. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Operating Room experience and knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures and techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues in high-stress situations and provide on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Set up Stryker towers, booms, lights, and integrated suite systems per surgeon preference.
• Confirm equipment functionality and image routing prior to each procedure.
• Adjust camera, monitor, and device settings intraoperatively.
• Provide immediate troubleshooting of endoscopy and integration systems.
• Manage post-procedure breakdown and staging of all Stryker equipment.
• Educate OR and SPD staff on proper use and troubleshooting of Stryker products.
