Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s MedTech Sales team seeks an Account Executive II - ASI for the Philadelphia territory to drive growth in Ethicon offerings within operating rooms and hospital systems. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of medical sales or healthcare experience with strong sales results.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Own Ethicon surgical devices portfolio and promote comprehensive solutions to surgeons and hospital leaders.
• Sell in operating room settings and coordinate with hospital decision makers.
• Achieve forecasted sales within assigned accounts/territory and set priorities accordingly.
• Demonstrate products and train clinicians on proper use per training guidelines.
• Present compelling value propositions and manage objections to close wins.
• Build lasting relationships with physicians, hospital staff and distributors.
