Johnson & Johnson's Ethicon is seeking an Associate Account Executive to support in Philadelphia and South Jersey territory. You will learn to expand Ethicon US, LLC product sales in OR settings and develop trusted relationships with surgeons and healthcare providers.

You will be trained in product demonstrations, handle inquiries, and embody ethical selling while aligning with company policies and field training to drive territory growth.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 0 - 2 years business experience.
• Willingness to travel overnight or on weekends and relocate as needed.
• Valid US Driver’s License.

Mansioni

• Expand the sales of Ethicon US, LLC products.
• Support the aligned Area/Region for all sales activities and position for Account Executive.
• Demonstrate proper use of products to healthcare providers in OR settings.
• Execute the selling cycle with professionalism and ethics to drive customer action.
• Prepare and demonstrate proper preparation and surgical use of Ethicon products.
• Manage customer product questions and objections per sales training.
• Conduct sales presentations using current selling methods from training.
• Provide case coverage and assist surgeons in operating rooms.
• Comply with Business Conduct Policy and company procedures.
