Johnson & Johnson’s Ethicon unit is seeking an Associate Account Executive to support Philadelphia and South Jersey territory. You will learn to expand the Ethicon US, LLC product portfolio and demonstrate proper usage to surgeons in operating rooms, while adhering to company guidelines and sales strategies.

The role includes training to convert competitive products, executing the selling cycle, and presenting products to healthcare professionals.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0–2 years business experience preferred.
• Ability to travel as necessary (overnight/weekend).
• Valid Driver’s License issued in the United States.

Mansioni

• Expand Ethicon US, LLC product sales and convert competitors in line with company policy and sales directions.
• Train to understand and demonstrate proper use of products to healthcare providers in operating rooms.
• Execute the selling cycle professionally and ethically to drive customer action.
• Prepare and demonstrate product usage; manage customer questions and objections in line with sales methodology.
• Conduct sales presentations using current training materials and engage surgeons through strategic platforms and products.
