Johnson & Johnson’s Ethicon team seeks an Account Executive I - AHH to drive sales of advanced hemostasis and wound closure devices to surgeons and hospital leadership in the Pittsburgh area. You will own the full Ethicon offerings, manage a defined territory, and achieve sales forecasts through effective presenting and relationship-building with clinicians and distributors.

You will train to demonstrate device use in the operating room, respond to objections, and follow compliant selling

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2+ years of relevant business experience in medical sales or healthcare.
• Valid United States driver's license.

Mansioni

• Sell surgical devices to surgeons and hospital decision makers in an operating room setting.
• Manage territory and attain forecast in assigned accounts/territory.
• Educate clinicians on product use in the operating room.
• Demonstrate proper product use and handle questions/objections.
• Conduct sales presentations using current selling methods learned in sales training.
• Analyze data and stay updated on market information; set priorities and opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, hospital staff, and distributors; ensure compliant selling.
