Job summary

Stryker Corporation seeks an Endoscopy OnSite Specialist to support surgical teams with equipment readiness and seamless procedures.

You will manage and maintain surgical devices, assist in the OR, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with surgeons, biomedical staff, and central processing.

This field-based role requires flexibility, travel up to 10%, and a commitment to safety and patient confidentiality while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, or equivalent certifications.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, technical support, clinical support, sterile workflow, or OR environments.
• Knowledge of anatomy, procedures, and instrumentation.
• HSPA/CRCST certification within 6 months for Sterile Processing roles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and maintain surgical equipment and disposables for readiness.
• Support OR teams during procedures by anticipating device needs and adjustments.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to maintain reliability and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with surgeons, OR staff, biomedical, and central processing teams.
• Maintain documentation including equipment usage and performance metrics.
• Stay current with training and educate staff on product use.
• Follow safety and privacy standards while maintaining professionalism.
• Provide flexible coverage including on-call, overnight, weekends; potential travel.
