Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Endoscopy OnSite Specialist to support surgical teams by ensuring equipment readiness, timely adjustments during procedures, and seamless information flow to drive exceptional patient care.

You will collaborate with OR staff, SPD, biomedical teams, and clinicians while maintaining documentation, training, and compliance. The role requires on-call coverage, travel to other accounts, and a strong customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0+ years of related work experience.
• CRCST certification (required within 6 months for Sterile Processing roles).
• Ability to travel and provide coverage at other accounts, including occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and maintain surgical equipment and disposables to ensure readiness.
• Support OR teams during procedures by anticipating device needs and adjustments.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain reliability.
• Collaborate with surgeons, OR staff, SPD, and biomedical teams.
• Maintain documentation of procedures, equipment usage, and metrics.
• Stay current with Stryker equipment and educate staff on product use.
