Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Endoscopy OnSite Specialist to support surgical teams by ensuring equipment readiness, smooth workflow, and seamless information flow for exceptional patient care. You will prepare, manage, and troubleshoot surgical equipment, collaborate with OR staff, and maintain documentation while staying current with Stryker technology.

This field-based role requires travel, on-call availability, and a strong customer-focused mindset to deliver superior service across accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree or equivalent certifications required.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, technical assistance, clinical support, sterile workflow operations, or operating room environments.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and maintain surgical equipment and disposables before each procedure to ensure readiness and minimize interruptions.
• Support operating room teams during procedures by anticipating device needs and providing timely equipment adjustments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve routine and complex equipment issues to maintain high service reliability and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with surgeons, OR staff, central processing, biomedical personnel, and other clinical partners to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain accurate documentation including procedure information, equipment usage, and monthly performance metrics to ensure compliance and continuity.
