Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Endoscopy OnSite Specialist to support surgical teams and ensure equipment, processes, and information flow smoothly for exceptional patient care.

You will prepare and maintain surgical equipment, anticipate device needs during procedures, troubleshoot issues, and document activity to ensure compliance and continuity of service. Travel and on-call coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work rotating schedules including on-call, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain equipment readiness and documentation.
• Excellent communication with OR staff, biomedical, and clinical partners.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and maintain surgical equipment and disposable products to ensure readiness.
• Support operating room teams during procedures by anticipating device needs and adjustments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to maintain high service reliability.
• Collaborate with surgeons and staff to deliver excellent service and build relationships.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, equipment usage, and metrics.
