Stryker Corporation is seeking an OnSite Specialist for Silverdale, WA to support surgical procedures by managing and maintaining OR equipment. The role requires quick troubleshooting, strong communication, and adherence to HIPAA and facility policies.

Candidates should have OR experience, anatomy knowledge, and flexibility to cover shifts including on-call, with up to 10% travel. A bachelor’s or associate degree or equivalent certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Operating Room experience and knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues in high-stress surgical settings.
• Willingness to travel 10% and work flexible shifts.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical surgical support by managing all relevant equipment.
• Anticipates device needs of OR staff and surgeon during procedures.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Stryker equipment and related devices.
• Record data metrics monthly and maintain account information.
• Adhere to HIPAA and facility policies.
• Provide cross-account support and travel as required.
