Job summary

The OnSite Specialist at Stryker Group provides in-room support for minimally invasive surgical procedures, ensuring optimal performance of Stryker and third-party equipment. You will bridge clinical teams, SPD, and service lines to maintain smooth OR operations.

Role requires OR experience, strong troubleshooting ability, and willingness to travel to multiple accounts, including overnight and weekends. HIPAA compliance and high-stress problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Operating Room experience and knowledge of anatomy and procedures preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly in high-stress surgical environments.
• Willingness to provide coverage across shifts and travel as needed.
• Must be able to follow HIPAA and patient confidentiality policies.

Responsibilities

• Set up Stryker equipment and verify functionality before procedures.
• Troubleshoot endoscopy and integration systems during operations.
• Provide post-procedure breakdown and staging of equipment.
• Educate OR and SPD staff on proper use and troubleshooting of products.
• Ensure accurate data reporting and maintain account information.
