Job summary

Stryker Corporation is looking for an OnSite Specialist to provide in-room support for MIS procedures, ensuring optimal performance of Stryker and third-party equipment. You will bridge clinical teams, SPD and service lines to maintain high-quality OR operations.

Preferred OR experience with knowledge of anatomy and procedures, plus strong communication and troubleshooting skills. Remote, field-based roles may require travel and coverage across accounts within the region.

Qualifications

• Operating Room experience and knowledge of anatomy, procedures and techniques preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot quickly in high-stress situations; provide coverage across shifts and accounts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain Stryker equipment and related devices.
• Anticipate device needs of OR staff and surgeon during procedures.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide in-room support during MIS procedures.
• Coordinate with surgeons, OR staff, SPD, biomedical and related teams.
• Record data metrics accurately and timely; manage account information and credentials.
