Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred.
• HSPA CRCST Certification within 6 months and annual renewal.
• Operating Room experience and knowledge of anatomy, procedures and techniques preferred.
• Strong computer, verbal/written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot in high-stress situations and provide cross-shift support.

Responsibilities

• Manage all relevant surgical equipment and provide clinical support during procedures.
• Anticipate device needs of OR staff and surgeons.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Stryker equipment and related devices.
• Coordinate with surgeons, OR personnel, central processing and biomedical teams.
• Record data metrics monthly and maintain current account information.
• Provide on-call coverage, including overnight and weekends, and travel as needed.
• Adhere to HIPAA and facility policies and procedures.
