Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an OnSite Specialist in Columbus, OH to support surgical procedures and pre/postoperative equipment management. You will troubleshoot and maintain Stryker equipment, work with OR staff, and ensure HIPAA compliance while coordinating with SPD and OR leadership.

Required OR experience with anatomy knowledge; CRCST certification preferred within 6 months. Expect shifts including travel up to 10% and coverage across accounts as needed, with strong emphasis on data

Qualifications

• OR experience and anatomy knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel 10%.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate and assemble rigid scopes, cameras, light cords, and power instrumentation.
• Perform in-line function testing (leak, sharpness, insulation, or power checks).
• Wrap and containerize sets for sterilization per IFU.
