Qualifications

• Operating Room experience and knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures and techniques are preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and strong communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities are essential.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly in high-stress situations and provide on-call support when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical surgical support by managing all relevant equipment.
• Anticipate device needs of OR staff and surgeon during procedures and troubleshoot equipment.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment and disposables through Stryker training programs and report data metrics monthly.
