Stryker OnSite Specialist role requires in-room support for MIS procedures and related equipment. You will bridge clinical teams, SPD and Stryker service lines to maintain high-quality OR operations. This position offers rotating/on-call shifts, travel between accounts, and adherence to HIPAA and facility policies.

Ideal candidates have OR experience, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to handle high-stress situations while maintaining professional conduct and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Operating Room experience and knowledge of anatomy, procedures preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to troubleshoot under high stress and provide coverage as needed.

Responsabilités

• Set up Stryker towers, booms, lights and integrated systems per surgeon preference.
• Confirm equipment functionality and image routing prior to each procedure.
• Adjust camera, monitor and device settings intraoperatively.
• Provide immediate troubleshooting of endoscopy and integration systems.
• Manage post-procedure breakdown and staging of equipment.
• Clean/disinfect, restock consumables and perform basic maintenance.
• Educate OR and SPD staff on proper use and troubleshooting.
• Support EMR connectivity where applicable.
