The position involves managing devices, maintaining records, and ensuring high levels of service at the account while adhering to HIPAA and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Operating Room experience or knowledge of anatomy, procedures and techniques is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly in high-stress situations and provide support across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical surgical support by managing all relevant equipment.
• Anticipates device needs of OR staff and surgeon during procedures.
• Troubleshoots and maintains Stryker equipment and related devices.
• Records and reports data metrics monthly and maintains up-to-date account information.
• Provides coverage on all shifts, including on-call, overnight, and weekends as needed.
