Job summary

Olympus Corporation of the Americas is seeking a Territory Manager for Surgical Devices in Grand Rapids, MI. This field-based role focuses on growing sales, servicing accounts, and providing in-service training in hospitals, ASCs, and clinics.

You will develop territory plans, enter activities in Salesforce daily, travel within the region, and collaborate with peers across business units to expand Olympus' presence in Michigan.

Qualifications

• Two years of prior sales or marketing experience.
• Ability to travel within territory daily and occasional travel outside region.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must adhere to all customer and vendor credentialing requirements.
• Ability to work flexible hours (may include some weekends and evenings).

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains knowledge of assigned product lines and pricing strategies to achieve sales quotas.
• Establishes field contact with key customers, clinicians and researchers; supports accounts in procedures.
• Enter and maintain territory activity in Salesforce daily; deliver timely reporting.
• Conducts in-service training programs at customer accounts (Hospitals, ASC’s, Clinics).
• Develops rapport with personnel at teaching hospitals within area.
• Establishes and maintains sales under regional or national contracts.
