Job summary

Olympus Corporation is seeking a Sales Development Associate Territory Manager to train with seasoned Territory Managers in the Surgical Business Team. You will engage with surgeons and clinical staff in operating rooms and office settings, delivering training, managing milestones, and building strong customer relationships.

This role requires relocation flexibility after program, excellent communication, and willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in sales or related field.
• Willingness to relocate after program and grow within Surgical Business.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Call upon hospital and office-based customers to meet goals.
• Provide in-servicing in operating rooms during procedures.
• Develop sales presentations and perform consultative selling.
• Maintain knowledge of products, market and competitors.
• Complete sales paperwork accurately and promptly.
