Job summary

Baxter International Inc. in the United States seeks an Associate Sales Representative to promote our Advanced Surgery portfolio. You will build trust with doctors and nurses, support surgical teams, and drive product adoption across an assigned geography.

You will travel up to 50% to hospitals and operating rooms, collaborate with RM/TBM/SAM, and help achieve sales goals. A bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in sales or 4+ years in an operating room environment is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of sales or 4+ years in operating room environment experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and social skills

Responsibilities

• Understand all products and devices within the portfolio.
• Cover cases with surgeons and communicate outcomes to RM/TBM/SAM.
• Maintain and troubleshoot in-place equipment and conduct in-services for Baxter regulators and spray equipment.
• Build and maintain new and existing client relationships.
• Maintain on-label usage of Baxter products through presence in the surgical suite and in-servicing.
• Understand the industry and market, including competition, to meet business goals.
• Develop a plan with RM/TBM/SAM to reach financial goals and quotas.
