Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to promote our Surgical Portfolio across an Arkansas/Louisiana territory. You will build trust with surgeons, nurses and operating room staff, delivering value and quality in every interaction.

You’ll work with a team of sales professionals, travel up to 75% within your territory, and contribute to meeting customer needs while advancing Baxter’s mission to save and sustain lives.

Qualifications

• High school degree/GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience or 4+ years related experience in sales or healthcare.
• Medical device experience preferred.
• Inside or field sales role in healthcare or similar industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote Surgical Portfolio in territory to meet clinical and economic needs.
• Sell products directly to customers by phone and on site.
• Engage with install base for incremental purchases and issue resolution.
• Coordinate product demonstrations and customer visits.
• Travel within assigned territory as needed.
