Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to represent our Advanced Surgery portfolio on a field basis across the assigned geography. You will engage doctors and nurses, demonstrate product value, and drive adoption while maintaining patient-focused solutions.

Role requires 50% travel, valid driver's license, and the ability to develop strategic account plans. Base pay ranges with incentive opportunities reflect market norms in the U.S. and are location dependent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience OR 4+ years of relevant sales or operating room environment experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Understand the product portfolio and surgical devices across services.
• Cover cases with surgeons and report outcomes and opportunities to the regional team.
• Maintain equipment and conduct in-services for Baxter regulators and spray equipment.
• Build and maintain new and existing client relationships.
• Ensure on-label usage of Baxter products in the surgical suite and in-servicing.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to reach financial goals and quotas.
