Job summary

Baxter Healthcare is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to represent our Advanced Surgery portfolio on-site with healthcare professionals across a defined geography. You will build trust with doctors and nurses, cover cases, educate teams, and drive adoption of hemostats, sealing, and tissue products while meeting clinical and economic needs.

Travel up to 50% is expected in assigned territory. Applicants must be results-driven, compliant with regulatory requirements, and able to work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience OR 4+ years of relevant sales or operating room environment experience
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and social skills
• At least 50% travel is required and may involve visits to remote or urban areas within assigned geography
• Individuals must live within the current geography or be willing to relocate to it
• Must have a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Understanding all the products, surgical specialties and devices within the portfolio
• Covering cases with existing surgeons and communicating outcomes, changes, and opportunities to the Region Manager (RM), Territory Business Manager (TBM), and Strategic Account Manager (SAM)
• Maintaining and troubleshooting in place equipment and conducting education in-services for Baxter regulators and spray equipment
• Successfully build and maintain new and existing client relationships
• Maintaining on-label usage of Baxter products through presence in the surgical suite and in-servicing
• Understanding the industry and marketplace, including competition and can strategically apply this knowledge optimally to achieve business goals
• Working with RM, TBM, and SAM to develop a plan to reach financial goals and quotas
