Job summary

Baxter is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to promote our full OR capital equipment portfolio across a multi-state territory. You will build trust with doctors and nurses, deliver clinical and economic value, and work with a regional team to meet and exceed sales goals.

The role emphasizes on-site customer engagement, portfolio knowledge, and the ability to travel frequently to support customers and demonstrate Baxter solutions in operating rooms.

Qualifications

• High school degree/GED required; bachelor's degree preferred with 2+ years sales experience or 4+ years related experience.
• Experience in healthcare or medical devices is preferred.
• Must be willing to travel at least 75% and manage a multi-state territory.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the Surgical Portfolio to surgeons, nurses, and OR staff.
• Develop and execute selling strategies for products of intermediate complexity by phone and on-site.
• Engage with install base and existing customers for incremental purchases and issue resolution.
• Drive product demonstrations, trials, and in-servicing to boost adoption.
• Schedule sales calls and follow up on opportunities to grow the business.
• Assist with product demonstrations and support site visits, fairs, and mock rooms.
