Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Account Executive for Advanced Surgical Instruments in the East Los Angeles, CA territory. You will promote Ethicon surgical devices to surgeons and hospital administrators, manage a defined account base, and drive in-field demonstrations and trials.

Responsibilities include achieving sales forecasts, building relationships with OR staff, coordinating with distributors, and navigating healthcare compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2+ years of relevant medical sales or healthcare experience to meet sales objectives.
• A valid US driver’s license is required.

Responsabilités

• Own the full Ethicon portfolio in assigned territory and sell to surgeons and hospital decision makers.
• Meet or exceed forecasted sales within the territory and manage priorities accordingly.
• Demonstrate products in operating room settings and address clinician questions and objections.
