Job summary

Integra LifeSciences in Austin, TX is seeking an Account Manager to drive the Surgical Soft Tissue Solutions line. You will build relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and hospital staff, educate on products, and align with territory plans to meet revenue goals.

This role requires OR experience, two years of medical sales, and a Bachelor's degree. You will collaborate with RBM, manage budgets, and provide in‑OR consultations while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience required; business or science-related degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of B2B sales experience; operating room experience preferred.
• Surgical device or medical sales experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, clinicians, hospital administrators, and internal stakeholders.
• Educate and influence targeted customers on product benefits and indications.
• Develop formal territory plans and monthly/ quarterly reports to meet revenue goals.
• Collaborate with RBM to set goals and create plans to exceed revenue expectations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction across Integra functional areas and manage case coverage as needed.
• Operate within budgets and adhere to corporate policies and Sunshine Act requirements.
