Job summary

Integra LifeSciences Corporation in Austin, TX is seeking an Account Manager to drive sales growth for the Surgical Soft Tissue Solutions product line by executing territory plans, educating clinicians, and supporting operating room needs.

You will call on surgeons, hospital administrators, and other clinical stakeholders to build relationships, develop formal business plans, and meet revenue goals while collaborating with RBM and other Integra teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or science preferred.
• Minimum two years of B2B sales experience; equivalent experience acceptable.
• Operating room experience is required; plastic surgery experience preferred.
• Two years of surgical device or medical sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, clinicians, hospital administrators, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with RBM to target, set goals, and create plans to meet revenue expectations.
• Develop a formal business plan at the beginning of each fiscal year with monthly/quarterly territory reports.
• Educate and influence targeted customers about product benefits and indications.
• Support case coverage and inventory requests in OR environments.
• Apply strong negotiation and objection-handling skills to close opportunities.
• Demonstrate leadership and effective time management and organizational skills.
• Identify trade show and customer education opportunities to provide resources and solutions.
