Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is hiring an Account Manager in Austin, TX to drive sales growth for Surgical Soft Tissue Solutions. You will educate clinicians, develop territory plans, and work with operating rooms to meet revenue goals. Local presence in Austin is required.

You will build relationships with surgeons and hospital staff, collaborate with RBMs, and maintain deep product and disease-state knowledge to identify opportunities for improvement and account growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required; business or science-related degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of business-to-business sales experience.
• Operating room experience is necessary; plastic surgery experience preferred.
• Minimum two years of surgical device or medical sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, clinicians, hospital administrators, and internal stakeholders.
• Work across Integra functional areas to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with RBM to target, set goals, and create plans to meet/exceed revenue expectations.
• Develop a formal business plan at the beginning of each fiscal year to be followed by monthly and quarterly territory reports.
• Educate and influence targeted customers.
• Support case coverage and inventory requests as needed.
• Apply strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Demonstrate leadership and strong work ethic.
