Qualifikationen

• Excellent verbal, written, telephone, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Prior administrative experience in a healthcare or clinical environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Epic preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Chief of Service and assigned Surgery Division.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities of the service and assist in maintaining efficient office, clinical, and program workflows.
• Serve as an administrative liaison among the Chief of Service, physicians, patients, clinical staff, departmental leadership, and other hospital Departments.
