Job summary

Physician Affiliate Group of New York, P.C. (PAGNY) is seeking an Affiliate Operations Coordinator for the Manhattan Region who will provide administrative support to the HR team, maintain employee files, and ensure compliance with standards.

The role acts as a backup to HR, handling onboarding, CME tracking, audits, and communications with staff and leadership. The position requires 2-4 years in healthcare, an associate degree (or equivalent), and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred, or equivalent education/experience.
• 2-4 years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience managing high volume workflows.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• On site, in-office presence required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Human Resources with onboarding, CME credits tracking, and HRIS uploads for personnel files.
• Conduct frequent file audits; follow up on missing documents and expired certifications.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory/non-mandatory training, licensure, and exams.
• Maintain detailed calendars and prioritize meeting logistics.
• Support on-site leadership with meeting minutes and preparation of correspondence and financial reports.
• Oversee conference room scheduling and catering for events.
• Handle mail, deliveries, invoices and expense reports in a timely fashion.
