You will back up the HR team, manage calendars, note meeting minutes, coordinate meetings and events, process invoices, and assist with vendor relations to keep operations running

Responsibilities

• Assist HR with onboarding and CME credits tracking.
• Conduct ongoing file audits and ensure compliance.
• Manage training compliance, licensure, and aptitude exams.
• Maintain calendars and coordinate meeting logistics.
• Take meeting minutes for on-site leadership and prepare correspondence.
• Oversee conference room scheduling and catering for events.
• Operate and maintain office inventory; report issues to site leaders.
• Process invoices and expense reports promptly.
