• Successful completion of departmental clinical support or PCA orientation.
• Obtain certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Perform preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative support activities under RN supervision.
• Assist with patient transfers, positioning, and daily living activities.
• Transport patients and clean transport devices.
• Maintain inventory and stocking of supplies and equipment for perioperative services.
• Execute sterile processing tasks and instrument preparation as directed.
• Document patient data and assist with routine unit operations as needed.
