Qualifications

• 2 years related experience in medical terminology, patient registration, insurance processing or appointment/scheduling.

Responsabilités

• Validate patient data and CPT coding accuracy.
• Triage appointments based on diagnosis and physician needs.
• Coordinate services and provide patient instructions.
• Schedule intra- and inter-departmental appointments.
• Serve as liaison with admitting office.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide instructions.
