Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and manage provider surgery/hospital procedure schedules and follow-ups.
• Obtain prior authorizations for surgeries and verify eligibility and benefits.
• Coordinate with Hospitals, nursing staff, and providers for necessary equipment and orders.
• Explain the surgical process to patients and address pre-op requirements.
• Document and relay cost estimates; resolve billing disputes.
