Duly Health and Care is seeking a Surgery Scheduler to support patient intake, pre-op coordination, and scheduling across multiple sites. You will verify patient data, coordinate tests, and maintain clear communication between physicians, facilities, and patients.

This role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and excellent service. Responsibilities include scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming procedures, while traveling to additional sites as needed.

Qualificações

• Medical terminology, verbal and written.
• CPT and ICD-9 coding.
• Referral process.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize.
• Must possess time management skills.
• Must learn new computer programs.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients in a friendly manner, on the phone or in person.
• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and scheduling staff.
• Verify patient information and coordinate pre-op testing per insurance.
• Serve as single point of contact for inquiries on scheduled procedures.
• Schedule and reschedule pre-op testing as needed.
• Confirm procedure details with patients and route to nurses.
