Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 18 months of experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience working directly with surgeons is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with providers, patients, and stakeholders.
• Manage complex scheduling including OR, ASC, and clinic calendars.
• Ensure prior authorizations, certifications, and referrals are in place before procedures.
• Coordinate preoperative studies and physician clearances.
• Communicate effectively with patients using various channels.
