Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in healthcare or related environment with medical/surgical terminology
• Experience with IBM/Cerner/IDX systems
• Excellent customer service, communication, and de-escalation skills
• Basic computer proficiency and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule surgeries, procedures, and follow-up appointments across physician teams
• Manage day-of-visit patient flow and room patients; handle Cerner messages
• Provide procedure room support and cover for sick/ vacation coverage
• Maintain coordination among surgeons, clinic staff, and patients across multiple locations
